As the presenting media sponsor, we successfully adapted to last-minute changes, producing a commercial and digital campaign that resonated with audiences and secured national sponsorship. The campaign earned a Bronze at the 2024 Summit Awards.
Caesar Week collaborated with Prolex Media to elevate their event’s presence in the market. However, unforeseen circumstances required us to quickly pivot the creative direction just days before production. Despite the challenge, Prolex Media’s team developed a new concept within a week and executed a successful commercial campaign while also securing TABASCO® Brand sauces as the national sponsor.
Prolex Media handled the full campaign execution, including commercial production, social media strategy, and media coverage. The campaign saw 76 establishments participate, over 1,200 votes cast, and 370,000+ social media impressions. With over 213.5K accounts reached and 9.6K+ interactions, the campaign significantly boosted engagement. Additionally, 15 published articles and videos increased brand visibility across digital platforms.
